Parkinson's Specific Exercise Class

A circuit based Parkinson's specific exercise class designed so people can work at their own ability level. 

There will be a variety of equipment to improve eye & hand coordinator,  weighted equipment to improve overall strength and cardiovascular exercises to improve muscle endurance and balance.  

We recommend comfortable clothing and soft soled shoes, such as pumps or trainers. 

The cost of the session is £2.
