Parkinson's Seated Boxercise
A FREE fun and social seated exercise class, which uses basic boxing attributes and skills. Running for six weeks on Fridays weekly at 11:15am to 12:15pm from 30th May 2025 until 4th July 2025.
Gill has completed the following training sessions
- Making Exercise Parkinson’s Specific
- Parkinson’s Boxing Trainer
- Parkinson’s Physical Activity and Exercise
The session contains non-contact pad work and shadow boxing using easy to learn moves. The session provides a whole body and mind workout that is suitable for beginners. Partners/carers are welcome to support or join in.
