Parkinson's Reminiscing Group

A social group for anyone affected by Parkinson’s, looking to keep mentally active, and increase community engagement, come together, blether, share stories and enjoy some fun through the power or reminiscing.

The session runs every Thursday from 10.30am to 12 noon.

You can look forward to reminiscing, camaraderie, team quizzes, and some light movement (which can be done seated). You can also enjoy a cuppa, a biscuit, and a good blether! Refreshments are provided.

On-site and street parking available, as well as a bus stop (number 3,8,29) directly outside the venue. This venue has disabled access.

The sessions are led by a trained Parkinson's volunteer who will look forward to welcoming you.

 Attendance is free.
