Parkinson's Referral Programme

12 week exercise programme where you will meet with one of our instructors to gain advice and support to undertake activities such as swimming, gym, spinning, exercise and wellness hub sessions.

The fee for a 12 week programme will be £32.05.

Once the 12 week programme has been completed, you are able to join our standard membership which currently costs £29.00 per month. Or, you can choose to access leisure activities at the standard pay as you go fees.

A concession is also available for those people who live in targeted areas with health inequalities, please check your eligibility for the free access..
