Parkinson's Punch & Pause
A session that combines non-contact boxing with breath work and meditation.
Involves multi-skilled activities that challenge coordination, can improve mood, and cognition. Using breathwork and meditation may reduce anxiety, improve sleep and enhance emotional wellbeing.
1st session on Friday 24th July from 1.30-2.30 which is free to take part in. Then regular sessions will commence on Friday 11th September 1.30-2.30 at a cost of £7 per session.
Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and suitable footwear.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
