Parkinson's Movers

We meet weekly on a Saturday 10:30am to 12noon, we do Parkinson's appropriate exercises for about 50 minutes then have refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits).

The last half an hour is for mutual support and chat. Sometimes we also invite other health professionals to chat with us and offer advice or lead other types of exercise.

• We host the meetings at Haddenham Scout and Guide Hall. The hall is behind the village hall and there is parking.
• No special clothing, just whatever is comfortable.
• There is a charge of £10 per meeting for the person with Parkinson's, only partners or carers are welcome at no extra charge.
