Parkinson's Move & Shout - Surbiton

Join us for our fun classes specifically for those affected by Parkinson’s.

Classes are run by our qualified Level 3 Exercise Referral instructors & sessions are adapted to your ability.

Carers, family or friends are encouraged to join and can attend for free!

We encourage appropriate, safe and comfortable clothing and footwear.

There are car parks at Tolworth Recreation Centre, with blue badge spaces.

The cost is £4.35 per session and booking is not required.
