Parkinson's Move and Shout

Move & Shout combines structured physical exercise with shouting and singing activities to support breath control, voice projection, coordination, mobility, and emotional wellbeing. 

Sessions are designed to improve physical function while also creating an enjoyable and supportive social environment.

Carers are welcome to take part or relax in the café at Wokingham Leisure Centre.

Booking in advance is recommended to secure a space. This can be done via the website, at reception, or by
calling Wokingham Leisure Centre on 0118 977 0007

Sessions are aimed at adults with early-moderate stage Parkinson’s, but exercises are adapted for all
abilities. If you are unsure on whether classes would be suitable, please contact:

Classes are £7.20 per session or included in a monthly membership.

Classes are also offered at Bulmershe Leisure Centre and Loddon Valley Leisure Centre.
