Parkinson's Low Impact Yoga
A beginner friendly slow flow, stretch and chill class. We begin with some mindful movement, followed by stretches and space to calm the mind. It’s a soft, soothing practice that’s gentle on the body.
These sessions are subsidised by the Milton Keynes Support Group and sessions cost £5 payable to the instructor.
This class runs on Thursdays, 10.30am until 11.30am.
