Parkinson's Information Event, Hebburn

Parkinson’s Information Event and Cricket Taster in Hebburn

Come along for information, to meet others living with Parkinson’s, and to try out fun, friendly Walking (or seated) Cricket, which is suitable for all.

Parkinson’s UK staff will be on hand to answer any questions you have about living well with Parkinson's.

For anyone living with Parkinson’s, their friends and family.

Friday 5 September 2025, 1.30pm to 2.30pm. Free.

Join us in a relaxed environment. Chat to others affected by Parkinson’s, get information about the condition, and speak to local Parkinson’s UK staff for your area. Then try your hand at walking (or seated) cricket. We will use lightweight balls and bats, and the activity is fun and casual with no pressure. No experience or special clothing is needed. Designed for people with Parkinson's and can be adapted for all.
