Parkinson's Hub at Long Stone Manor Wilmlow
- A welcoming, supportive local space in Wilmslow designed to help you stay active, connected and informed.
- Join us every week for the opportunity to take part in exercise classes, enjoy a coffee and chat, listen to guest speakers or even relax with a massage.
- Our classes are led by specially trained PD Warrior therapists, dedicated to helping people with Parkinson's stay strong and independent.
- There will be both seated and standing classes, suitable for all abilities.
- Partners/carers are welcome to come along.
