Parkinson's Hub at Hazelmere House

A welcoming, supportive local space in Wilmslow designed to help you stay active, connected and informed.

Join us every week for the opportunity to take part in exercise classes, enjoy a coffee and chat, listen to guest speakers or even relax with a massage.

Our classes are led by specially trained PD Warrior therapists, dedicated to helping people with Parkinson's stay strong and independent.

There will be both seated and standing classes, suitable for all abilities. Classes cost £10 but it is free to attend the hub for a drink and a chat.

Partners/carers are welcome to come along.
