Parkinson's Community Group exercise sessions- a class specifically planned to reduce stiffness maintain balance and help with motor skills

The cost is £3.00 per session.

Suitable for all including those using wheelchairs and walking aids.

Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
