Parkinson's Games Room

Join us for a morning of fun and friendship in our relaxed games session, designed especially for the Parkinson’s community. No prior experience is needed, just come along and try your hand at a variety of accessible activities. It’s a fantastic way to stay active while enjoying a hot drink and a chat with others.

Activities Include: Table Tennis, Boccia, Pickleball, and New Age Kurling.

When: Tuesday mornings, 10.30am to 12 noon.

Where: The Centre Spot, Oswestry (The New Saints FC Foundation).

Cost: £2.50 per person (includes light refreshments).
