Parkinson's Friendly Vitality Class, Clarkston

Parkinson's Friendly  Vitality 'Level 2 - Step In' Class. All new participants must make contact with East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure's Vitality Coordinator.  Pamela will ensure it is safe to take part and answer any question you may have. Please bring water and wear loose, comfortable clothing and training shoes. 

Partners or careers are welcome if support to attend is required.  If participating in the class, they will also be charged.
