Parkinson’s Friendly Vitality and Gym sessions, Clydebank
Vitality is a programme of exercise classes that supports participants to exercise at a level suitable to their abilities.
Classes are designed to help build and maintain: Strength, Coordination, Edurance, Flexibility
Vitality classes are suitable for people with different physical abilities and medical conditions including Stroke, Heart conditions, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis and breathing difficulties but to name a few.
Parkinson’s friendly options are being trialled at Clydebank Leisure Centre. For those requiring more individualised support the Live Active Referral Programme may be an option. **Live Active requires a health professional referral e.g. from a GP, Nurse or physio.
