Parkinson’s Friendly Vitality and Gym sessions, Clydebank

Vitality is a programme of exercise classes that supports participants to exercise at a level suitable to their abilities.

Classes are designed to help build and maintain: Strength, Coordination, Edurance, Flexibility                   

Vitality classes are suitable for people with different physical abilities and medical conditions including Stroke, Heart conditions, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis and breathing difficulties but to name a few.

Parkinson’s friendly options are being trialled at Clydebank Leisure Centre. For more details, contact Diane Montgomery, 0141 951 4646, 07391 397 332 or [email protected] Other Sessions for Parkinsons friendly Vitality are – Thursday 1pm – 2pm Step up (Moderate Intensity Circuit) and Lower-Level Class Strength and Balance – Tuesday 1.30-2.30pm
