Parkinson's Fitness Classes
- Mobility, stretching and strengthening exercises to improve or slow down the symptoms of Parkinson’s.
- We use seated and standing and supported standing activities, we use resistance bands, weights, appropriate gym equipment.
- All levels and abilities, carers are welcome to join.
- Advanced booking preferable but can book on the day depending on how many spaces we have available.
