Parkinson's Fitness Classes

  • Mobility, stretching and strengthening exercises to improve or slow down the symptoms of Parkinson’s.
  • We use seated and standing and supported standing activities, we use resistance bands, weights, appropriate gym equipment.
  • All levels and abilities, carers are welcome to join.
  • Advanced booking preferable but can book on the day depending on how many spaces we have available.
  • £5 per session
