Parkinson's Exercise with Sarah
This class is great fun, great exercise and great for the socialising too.
This all round unique workout is for all levels and abilities with many adaptions for chair work, standing work and movement work, for all areas of fitness, challenging the whole body and mind.
The exercise class includes: co-ordination, fitness, mobility, posture, dexterity, strength, stretching, relaxation, voice projection, vocal clarity, memory challenges, facial exercises, facial mobility, and confidence building.
Classes are £5 per person.
Also due to the social sharing, we love hearing ideas that have helped others, then sometimes we all benefit by adapting them into the class.
This class hopefully gives you the tools and support with techniques to help both inside and outside the class.
I would encourage everyone to come and try this welcoming class.
