Parkinson's Exercise Group (Walsall)

Join our fun and friendly exercise group, where you will learn activities and exercises designed to help with mobility when living with Parkinson's.

The class is for all abilities and mobility levels, and carers, friends, or family members are welcome to take part if they pay the class fee.

The cost is an initial £10.00 for a Move It Leisure card then the exercise class is then discounted to £2.70 per session.

A chat and a cuppa are available after the class, where you can socialise with other members of the local Parkinson's community.
