Parkinson's exercise - functional fitness

Our classes are designed to improve/maintain strength, balance and coordination in the hopes, day to day takes are easier and members feel a sense of achievement. The social aspect of the group is a huge benefit for members too, being able to mix with people going through similar things.

The classes are run by Asha, a Sport Rehabilitator who is the owner of Humber Injury Clinic with years of experience working with medical conditions and injuries and Liam, a CrossFit Coach and owner of CrossFit Humber & Hull who has spent years adapting exercise for all abilities. We aim to give the brain and body work in order to improve overall function.

Staying hydrated with Parkinson's is super important so bring some water. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.

We have a reception area with tea and coffee available to purchase for anyone bringing you to sessions that would wish to sit and wait.

Please give Asha a ring on: 07913017008 or Liam on: 07375861596 if you would like more info or if you would like to attend.

We do not have a disabled toilet onsite.

The cost is £5 per session.
