Parkinson's Exercise Classes

This exercise class is held weekly at 12.15pm till 13.00 on Fridays at Moray Sports Centre, Linkwood Road, Elgin, IV30 8AR, Tel - 01343 610670. You can find details of bus timetables on the sports centre website here.

It is suitable for all abilities or levels of mobility.

It involves stretching, balance work, core work, co-ordination, and breathing control, and is led by qualified instructors.
