Parkinson's Exercise Class - Stevenston

The class is ideal for anyone with a new diagnosis, especially those who have been inactive for some time or whose condition is starting to progress.

The class is designed to cater for people of all ages and adapted to the needs of those who attend.

Cost - You can purchase a card at a cost of £10 for 12 months.  The card includes 2 classes and then a discount across KA Leisure Services for 12 months.  The discount provides entry to all Parkinson’s classes and all other classes within the Active North Ayrshire programme for a cost of £3.  It also gives a discount on entry to the gym and swimming.
