Parkinson's Exercise Class Maidstone

A friendly and informal circuit based exercise class that uses power assisted exercise equipment to provide a "helping hand"  to aid movement and provide a low impact, full body workout.   

The class can be tailored to suit all abilities and is led by an experienced exercise instructor. Partners and Carers are very welcome to assist.

The venue is level access and has free parking.

Cost per class is £3.00.
