An exercise class tailored to people with Parkinson’s, their partners & carers. Exercises can be adapted to suit your needs. Accessible venue and free parking. Free of charge initially as funded by Parkinson's UK.

Every Wednesday 11am - 12pm at Tides Leisure Centre, Park Ave, Deal CT14 9UU.
