Parkinson’s Exercise Class – BrewDog Stadium

Parkinson’s UK, in partnership with Saints Community Development Foundation, offers a welcoming exercise and social class designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s.

These sessions provide low-impact physical activity suitable for all ability levels, with exercises adapted to meet individual needs. Classes are led by Phoebe Hook and focus on supporting mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Alongside the exercise element, participants can enjoy time to socialise over tea and coffee, with light social activities such as quizzes.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for light exercise and trainers or comfortable, supportive footwear.

We recommend bringing a water bottle.

Partners and carers are very welcome to attend.

The cost is £2.00 per session but partners and carers can attend for free if they are only attending to support.

The BrewDog Stadium has on-site parking and is a short walk from the nearest bus stop, making it easily accessible.

Advanced booking is available but not required. Participants can sign up and pay via Ticket Tailor or bring £2 on the day.
