Parkinson's Exercise Class @ Alex Collie, Aberdeen
This class is aimed at people living with a new diagnosis who may have mild/controlled symptoms and those living in the maintenance phase who are experiencing a gradual progression of symptoms, resulting in everyday activities becoming more challenging.

The cost is £3.75 per session or it’s included with a Sport Aberdeen “Fitness” or “Get Active” membership.
Other activities
A range of other activities are available, delivered by instructors trained to work with people with Parkinson’s. The activities form a pathway which has been designed to be inclusive to all and includes; seated exercise to low impact high intensity classes, Health Walks, Full Body Walking, classes aimed at improving strength and balance and classes to improve general fitness. Participants will be supported by the team to choose an activity that meets their goals and needs.
