Parkinson's Exercise Class
An hour long Parkinson-specific exercise class that does “function exercise" to keep you moving and doing more of what you want to do.
As you practise, you will be challenged physically and cognitively while working on fitness goals of strength, balance, agility, aerobics, and flexibility.
