Parkinson's Exercise Class
Exercise Classes focusing on coordination and balance, while improving cardiovascular and muscle strength.
The class can be done seated or standing and is suitable for all levels of Parkinson’s.
Taken by specialist rehabilitation instructor.
First session is FREE then £5 per class.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
