Parkinson's Exercise Class
This is a fun exercise class, we start seated but for those who are able we do our exercises standing.
This general fitness class focuses on getting the whole body moving and aims to challenge you - all exercises can be adapted to varying abilities.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
Partners, carers, friends and family are welcome to join.
The instructors who take this class have undertaken a Parkinson's UK awareness course.
