A Parkinson's Drop In Session for information and support for anyone affected by Parkinson's.

We will give you helpful information booklets, signpost you to websites and podcasts and give you information on local exercise activities and support groups.

This session is run by the Bexhill Parkinson's Working Age Group and we are here to support you with your diagnosis and what is available locally to live your best life.
