Parkinson's Dance

A fun and creative dance and movement-based class, designed specifically to address the symptoms of Parkinson’s.

With support of Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and The Octagon Theatre, Yeovil, classes are led by a team of two specially trained practitioners, using the Parkinson’s Dance Science model. Seated and standing options are offered throughout, plus time to chat over a free cup of tea or coffee at the end of every session.

  • Classes run on Mondays in term time, from 10am to 11.30am.
  • There is a £4 suggested donation per week.

  • Free Parking. Step-free access. A carer / partner / friend is welcome to attend with you for free.
  • No dance experience needed.
