Parkinson's Circuit Class

A circuit style class designed specifically for Parkinson’s. Focusing on improving strength, balance, coordination and
mobility.

Supervised class and participant’s are encouraged to go at their own pace. Partners / Carers welcome to join in.

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.

The cost is £6.75 per session.
