Parkinson's drop-in cafe social at St Paul's Centre, Spennymoor.

Pop along to meet others living with Parkinson's in a relaxed and informal environment. Anyone with a Parkinson's connection is welcome, whether you have Parkinson's yourself or are a friend or family member of someone who does.

Where: St Paul's Centre, Spennymoor, DL16 7LS. In the main hall (turn right as you come into the building).

When: Fourth Tuesday of each month. Drop in any time between 1.30pm and 3pm.

Cost: Free to attend but buy your own refreshments from the cafe.
