Parkinson's Bootcamp

Exercise for people with Parkinson's and their partners/family/carers.

The format is like circuit training where you move from one exercise to another around the room. All activities can be adapted to suit those who are present - don't worry that Bootcamp makes it sound very intense!

Led by an experienced trainer and supported by the local NHS physiotherapy team.

This is a very friendly group who will make you most welcome. They also organise social activities from time to time.

Booking is essential and is by referral from a health professionalYou must not just show up at a class without a referral.

If you receive your Parkinson’s care at James Cook or Redcar Hospital contact Janet Duffy on [email protected], 01642 282610 for a referral.
