Parkinson's Book Group

About this event

Join us at Stowmarket Library for our monthly Parkinson's Book Group, a safe and welcoming space for anyone affected by Parkinson's, including those living with the condition, carers, family members, and loved ones.

There’s no need to book or to be referred. Everyone is welcome to drop in, and there’s no expectation to take part in discussions unless you feel comfortable to do so.

What to expect:

  • Relaxed discussions about a shared book
  • A supportive and understanding environment
  • Refreshments and a warm welcome
  • Opportunities to suggest future reads.
  • A selection of books will be available to read, borrow and reserve.

This group meets on the last Wednesday of each month at Stowmarket Library. Come along from 1pm to 2pm.

For more information speak to Stowmarket Library on 01449 700549 or visit suffolkcommunitylibraries.co.uk.
