Parkinson's Ballet and Dance

La Danse Fantastique is offering ballet and singing lessons to people with Parkinson's and their carers.

The classes will last for one hour weekly (every Monday) starting at 11am on the 3rd February 2025. The coffee shop will remain open following the class for a social session until 2pm. There is also a counsellor who is available to chat and give guidance around issues.

Tea and refreshments are available, and a chance to socialise with like minded people with a common interest.
