Parkinson’s Activty Circuits at The Angel Centre

Join our neurological fitness specialists and inclusive instructors at The Angel Centre in Langham, Colchester for an achievable Parkinson’s circuit session.

This is aimed at individuals who would like to participate in physical activity with support and safety.

Participants are welcome to stay for a coffee and a chat after the session.

Partners / carers are welcome to attend.

The sessions run in 6-week blocks. Please contact us to secure a place.
