Parkinson’s 360 training - ‘supporting all round body and mind’

Parkinson’s 360 sessions support ‘all round mind and body’. The session is a mixture of fitness, cardio exercise, light strength
training and relaxation techniques. Some sessions will include boxing related exercises.

The sessions aim to improve heart health, muscle strength and mental health. It aims to have a positive impact on your mind and
body.

Chris, who leads the sessions is a qualified boxing and fitness coach, and his training also combines mind and emotional
intelligence coaching qualifications.

The sessions are also open to carers to support their loved one, and take part.

Friday 11am - 11.45am session time, followed by refreshments and social time until 12.30pm. After the session, stay and enjoy some social time and a drink.

There is parking across from the venue.
