Parkinson Strength & Fitness classes
Our sessions are designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and strength through gentle, chair-based exercises led by a qualified coach in a safe and welcoming environment.
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, with adaptations provided where possible. Each session runs from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., offering one hour of light exercise followed by 30 minutes of socialising and refreshments.
Parking is available at the side of the building on Clayton Street, with a standard stay of 90 minutes and up to 3 hours for Blue Badge holders. Carers are welcome to attend and provide support during sessions.
A contribution of £2.00 per session is requested to help cover running costs.
