Parkie Pals - Young Onset Peer Support Group

Parkie Pals is an independent, friendly group for anyone living with Young Onset Parkinson’s who wants connection, conversation and a relaxed place to feel understood.

We meet on the third Sunday of every month at 12.30pm at The Old Contemptibles, 176 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HB. Some of us grab lunch together, others just join for a chat. There’s no pressure to share unless you want to.

It’s simply a supportive space to swap experiences, ask questions, laugh, and connect with people who “get it”.

Alongside our monthly meet-ups, we also run an active WhatsApp group for day-to-day support.
