Having a good level of mind and body awareness plays such an important role for people living with Parkinson's.
Mind and body awareness is crucial for knowing effectively how to manage your thinking and building confidence and strength - and understand things like how to prevent or tips on how to physically break free from freezing, which normally happens when you want to change direction.
In this class you will learn how to improve your posture, balance and flexibility.
Equipment provided. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Open to carers and family members. Class size limited to 15 approx.
