PAL - Purposeful Active Living

Strength and balance exercises are crucial for maintaining mobility, independence, and preventing falls, especially as you age. These exercises can include activities like lifting weights, tai chi, and yoga, as well as simple daily actions such as climbing stairs or carrying groceries. To improve, focus on strengthening leg muscles, practicing balance techniques like standing on one foot, and strengthening your core. All done to music
