Online Yoga for Parkinson's
This style of yoga is movement-based. We focus on improving your range of movement (in particular in the back, shoulders, hips, and backs of the legs), improving muscle tone, developing better breathing habits, reducing stress levels, and generally giving you a good stretch.
The instructor is qualified, and experienced in leading classes for people with Parkinson's. The cost per session is £4.
