Online Tai Chi

An online Tai Chi session delivered by a qualified instructor over Zoom. 

The exercises help with balance and can be done seated or standing. 

Partners and carers are welcome to join. 

The session starts at 11.20am and finishes at 12.20pm. Please get in touch for details of how to access the class.
