If you are new to exercise or new to Parkinson’s we recommend our Get Started Programme. An online workout
programme designed by expert physiotherapists that gradually builds in intensity and duration over 10 weeks until you
can exercise at the optimum dose to treat your Parkinson’s.
Our award-winning flagship Get Started programme includes everything you need to know and do to use exercise to
control of your Parkinson’s.
The workouts are accompanied by a series of weekly educational video tutorials that teach you the theory behind the
exercise.
By the end of the 10 weeks, you will be more physically active, have better symptom control and know how to exercise
for your Parkinson’s.
You will access the programme and coaching through our Reach Your Peak App which can be used via any iOS or
Android device.

is Medicine programme is your next step. This advanced programme is designed to help you maintain and build upon
