Online Chair-based Yoga and Exercise Class
Chair-based yoga and exercise, using modified yoga practices and other exercises to enhance, strength, stability, flexibility, confidence and general well-being.
Classes are suitable for anyone who would like to participate in a gentle chair-based exercise class, in particular older adults, those with long term conditions and/or has any specific physical needs.
Partners and carers are welcome to join in. Classes are via Zoom so can be joined from the comfort of home.
Participants need an upright dining chair, a stable internet connection and a device which enables them to see the teacher and be seen.
A tennis ball and a stretchy Pilates band are useful. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
It is important to contact the teacher for a private conversation to discuss any specific needs before attending a class. Advanced booking is preferred.
