Northallerton Exercise Class

Our exercise classes are open to anyone in the Northallerton area living with Parkinson's. Led by David Allerton, classes include mobility exercises, breathwork, Tai Chi, and relaxation techniques.

Classes are adapted to the needs of individual participants, so there is an option to take part seated or standing. Exercise has been shown to help manage the symptoms of Parkinson's, allowing us to live well with the condition.

Classes cost £5 per person, with Carers attending free. We advise that you wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable shoes that you can move around easily in. Sessions run fortnightly on the lower floor of Northallerton Town Hall. On street parking is available nearby.

To book a place, confirm the date of the next class, or if you have any questions, please contact John using the details below.

John is the lead volunteer at the Northallerton Parkinson's Cafe, who meet monthly. Please click the link for more details.
