Nordic Walking for Parkinson’s
Keeping active is essential for people living with Parkinson’s. This instructor-led activity can help you manage your symptoms and slow their progression. Nordic Walking is an exercise that can help with this and provide other valuable benefits too. This activity is accessible to all who can walk a short distance or more and focuses on movement, balance, coordination, strength and cardio.
Suitable outdoor footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather.
Mondays 13.30 – 14.30 weekly during term time. First session Monday 28 April.
£3 per person. One partner/companion per participant welcome to attend for free.
