This 10-week program is specially designed for individuals with Parkinson's and related conditions and offers Nordic
Walking tuition, a short guided walks in a supportive environment and the opportunity to grab a cuppa and reflect after
each session.
Delivered by two British Nordic Walking Instructors, our sessions aim to bring fresh air, shared experiences, and improved
well-being to participants and carers.
