Nordic Walking at Lanhydrock

Nordic Walking is so good for balance, posture, coordination and is a great upper body workout, as well as being wonderful for your mental health to be outside and enjoying being active with others.

Fortnightly on a Monday starting at 11am - contact Heather to check dates. Arrive a bit earlier to park and give yourself time to walk round, maybe grab a cuppa and come and sign up and meet our lovely instructors Theresa or Stuart.

No experience necessary. Poles will be provided but bring your own if you have Nordic walking poles. All instructions will be given. Bring any medication you might need to take, good footwear and layers for varying English weather!

Stay on afterwards and have a hot drink and some cake or lunch in the cafe together after!
